Prices
Prices are per day, per person, in €,
for a minimum stay of 3 days.
For shorter stays, the supplementary fees is + 15%
Drinks are not included in the price.
Tourist tax is € 2.50 per day per person,
for people over 18 yo for the first 5 days.

Check-in / Check-out and Restaurant
Check in
Rooms will be available from 12pm on the day of arrival.
Before this time, we don't guarantee the availability of accommodations and parking spaces.
Check out
The room must be vacated by 10 am to offer subsequent guests access to the accomodation in the scheduled times with the maximum cleanliness.
RESTAURANT
Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served in our indoor restaurant.
Meals will not be deducted from the hotel bill if not consumed.
Upon request, as replacement, we will prepare packed lunches.
Booking
The reservation is valid following a definitive confirmation by the hotel and by sending a 20% deposit of the total of the hotel-quote within the terms you will receive in the booking conditions.
The deposit will be deducted in full by the total amount at the end of the stay, in absence of material damage to the room and the structure.
In the event of damage done to the room or facilities, the deposit will then be considered a security deposit.
If it is not enough to cover the costs of the damage, the difference will be paid in cash on site.
If the reservation has been paid in advance in full, we will apply the same conditions, as above.
Cancellation and early departure
In case of early departure, the customer will recognize the payment of the days in which they stayed plus a penalty of 3 nights.
In case of cancellation, the deposit or the total advance balance will not be refunded.
