Flamingo Cooking Class

A special experience with our chef Angelo Borghese.

The theme of the day will be fresh pasta.

We will learn the basics of dough making together, under the guidance of the chef, who will explain each step of the preparation process. Participants will work with their own hands, kneading, rolling and shaping the pasta, until the most eagerly awaited moment arrives: cooking and tasting their creations together, accompanied by sauces and fillings prepared by the chef!

Recipe books and technical data sheets will be provided to each participant.
